Please follow these 3 easy easy steps in order to submit your application for processing.

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD AND PREPARE DOCUMENTS

Download the Application to lease, in PDF Format OR DOC Format AND attach your Financial Statement: PDF Financial Statement Example

Fill out an application, then submit it with any supporting documents via email per application instructions at the top of the application, or UPLOAD the files.

Note: We don’t need an actual signature and many people are able to fill out the application on their phones.

You can even take a picture of the application and all supporting documents and email them, however using a scanner or a scanner app on the phone is prefered.

STEP 2: PAY APPLICATION FEE

Use the button below to enter the correct number of applicants and pay the appropriate application fee via PayPal using credit or debit card.

Once payment is made please email or fax the application to the information provided at the top of the application.

STEP 3: WAIT FOR RESULTS

If your application is complete, we can usually let you know very quickly, but we ask that you please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
